Hello! I'm Jaap Spakman, 16 years old and the founder of Mediaflow. Born in Utrecht and living in Holten, where I also go to school. What started with playing on my dad's drone grew into my own equipment and eventually this business. Besides school and Mediaflow, I worked at a supermarket for a year and a half and now work at a snack bar. Besides that, I play football, go to the gym — and in winter you'll find me on skis. I love capturing things and figuring out how to do that in the most beautiful way possible.
My interest in videography started with cameras and drones — and quickly grew into something bigger.
I increasingly enjoyed not just capturing footage, but truly crafting a story and atmosphere from it. Especially filming from the air gives a perspective you rarely get with a regular camera.
With Mediaflow, I want to help businesses present their location, product or company in a professional and eye-catching way — from restaurant or holiday home to residential property or construction project.
I work with the DJI Avata 2 (FPV) and DJI Air 3S (cinematic drone). This way, I combine different types of footage into one dynamic whole.
I love doing this and keep investing in my work — think of a camera with gimbal for smoother ground footage and better camera gear for sharper results. My goal: grow as a videographer, help many clients and make something beautiful of every project.
